2. Bookings

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Aswan Key Tour.
• A valid passport and, if required, visas must be provided for each passenger at the time of booking.
• Booking confirmation is issued only after full payment or receipt of a deposit, depending on the tour policy.

3. Payments

• Payments are processed securely through third-party providers.
• Full payment is required before the start of the tour or cruise unless otherwise specified.
• Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation of the booking.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

• Cancellations must be submitted in writing to Aswan Key Tour.
• Refunds, if applicable, are subject to our cancellation policy and may involve processing fees.
• We reserve the right to cancel tours in case of insufficient bookings or unforeseen circumstances. Full refunds will be provided in such cases.

5. Changes to Itinerary

We strive to maintain published itineraries, but changes may occur due to weather, operational requirements, or other unforeseen events. Customers will be informed promptly of any significant changes.

6. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Aswan Key Tour is not responsible for personal injuries, loss, or damage to personal property.

7. Customer Responsibilities

• Passengers must comply with local laws, customs, and regulations during the tour.
• Any damage caused to the vessel, accommodations, or equipment by the customer will be charged accordingly.
• Customers are responsible for obtaining required travel documents, including passports and visas.

8. Limitation of Liability

Aswan Key Tour will make every effort to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. However, we are not liable for events beyond our control, including natural disasters, transportation delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
